Phase 1: Steps We Take to Determine Your Company's Needs
- Ask you about your concerns, goals and objectives
- Interview the appropriate company staff
- Look at the company's accounting and/or computer systems
- Review appropriate documentation
- Look at the most current internal and external financial statements
- Review key management reports.
You will receive a confidential written report of our findings. You will also receive value from our Phase 1 diagnostic report, regardless of whether or not you hire one of our partners. Our diagnostic report will let you know if you are ready to sell now or suggest what we can do to get you and your company properly positioned to sell at the optimum time. You will not be presented with a written contract for our services - we engage our clients with a handshake.
Phase 2: Solve the Immediate Concerns
We will work with you for a pre-determined period of time and cost amount on which we both mutually agree. You will receive continuous feedback on the progress of this phase and no surprises regarding our fees. We want to solve your immediate concerns and develop a relationship with you and your company.
Phase 3: Ongoing Relationship With Your Company and Eventual Exit
